More than 30 years experience as CEO / Board member in different national and international companies with documented result.

Educated at Norwegian Buisiness School BI as Master of Management and later Executive Master  of  Energy in 2011. Here, the final assignment became the start of the business plan „From Field to Energy” which later was presented in Cop 24.

Head of Technology of Materials and Nanomaterials Research Group and professor of the Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland).

Main specializes in synthesis, characteristics and technology of advanced functional materials, nanomaterials and nanocomposites for sustainable energy applications, especially for Li-ion batteries (LIB), fuel cells and catalytic VOC removal. Graduated  in chemical sciences at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, graduate of the English-language interdisciplinary doctoral studies “Society-Environment-Technologies” at the Jagiellonian University and co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.

Assistant professor in the Materials and Nanomaterials Technology Group of the Department of Chemical Technology of the Faculty of Chemistry, Jagiellonian University.

Co-author of 24 publications (h = 10), 5 granted patents and 6 patent applications with nine years of experience in the field of material and nanomaterial chemistry for applications in energy storage technologies in Li-ion batteries.

CTO (Chief Technology Officer) - Michal Świętosławski, Ph.D., Eng.

Assistant professor in the Materials Technology and Nanotechnology research group at the Department of Chemical Technology at Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

Focus is research, design, and manufacturing of new electrode materials for energy storage, mainly Li-ion battery systems, including development of cold-plasma synthesis routs for novel energy materials and scaling up the production process of nano-spinel cathodes.  

Experience form Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, CA, USA and Antwerp University, Belgium. Awarded the scholarship for Outstanding Young Scientists from the Ministry of Science.

Focus area is advanced and sustainable materials (natural, modified, synthetic: montmorillonite, vermiculite, hydrotalcite, DPCH, SBA-15/16, MCM-41, etc.), emerging contaminants (pharmaceuticals, pesticides, heavy metals: sources, prevention and decontamination), green catalytic production of chemicals (isomerization of terpenes, chiral organofunctional catalysts), removal of environmental pollutants (Advanced Oxidation Processes, adsorption, catalytic processes), recovery and recycling of valuable elements, circular economy.

Pd.D in chemistry, habilitation (D.Sc.) in food technology, postgraduate studies in psychology and pedagogy, professor at the University of Agriculture in Krakow at the Department of Chemistry. Several years’ experience as quality control manager, laboratory manager and research and development expert in a pharmaceutical industrial plant. External expert of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, guest editor in the Catalysts journal. Research activities related to physicochemical activation of enzymes and immobilization of enzymes on polymer carriers, as well as hydrolysis reactions of natural polymers and production of biofuels.

Graduated in Chemistry from Jagiellonian University. He also graduated from the Jagiellonian Interdisciplinary PhD Programme (2021).
Li-ion researcher in the Group of Materials and Nanomaterials Technology focus on cathode materials for high-power Li-ion cells at the Chemical Technology Department.
Principal investigator in National Science Centre grant PRELUDIUM 19 – “Development of 3D current collectors for full exploit of the potential of the new LKMNO cathode material for Li-ion cells”. Awarded for several intra-university awards and scholarships as well as international travel scholarships. Preform teaching courses on chemical technology, spectroscopic methods for materials examination, materials science and energy storage.
